This favorite summer appetizer is always a crowd pleaser — prosciutto and melon skewers with fresh basil, mozzarella cheese, and balsamic vinegar glaze.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Strip and fold the prosciutto to the desired size.
  2. I chose the pearl sized balls for the mozzarella but you can use other options and cut to size.
  3. Carve balls or cut squares for your melon.
  4. Rip or fold your fresh basil into desired size pieces.
  5. Have fun with how you layer the skewer.
  6. Finally, sprinkle a little glaze over. Oh so good!
