Camembert Baked with Maple Bacon Onion Jam

This is the easiest, most decadent appetizer; and perfect for the holidays. Maple Bacon Onion Jam paired with Camembert cheese.

Ingredients

• 8 ounce round of Camembert cheese
• 2-3 tablespoons of jam from a jar of Stonewall Kitchen Maple Bacon Onion Jam

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 (f)
2. Slice off the top of the rind from the cheese.
3. Pile the jam on the top of the cheese.
4. Put it in the oven on a baking sheet 7-10 minutes, until the cheese and jam gets bubbly/melty.
5. Serve immediately with crackers or sliced baguette.
